HG: Non-linear cs dates in DVCS screw up LoC

    Description

      Commits which are out of time order, as in rebased or histeditted commits, will be shown in the LoC charts against the day the commit says they were done.

      This means they will be out of order compared to the commit graph.

      To fix, we probably need to introduce a fisheye-internal date which forces linearity (ie parents commits are always older than their children).
