Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Linker under Repository Settings -> Default.
2. Go to a specific repositories configuration.
3. Click on the Allow tab.
4. You'll notice the message "There are default include/exclude entries defined for all repositories", even though one isn't defined.
