Document how LOC stats are calculated on the users page

    Description

      Currently the LoC Stats for the users page only calculates LoC for commits against trunk.

      This is confusing to users who can see commits being made to branches, but their LoC stats not updating (since no where we explain that only the trunk code is considered for LoC.
