Currently in the Users view, only Trunk code is considered for LOC. When constraining to branch we should show LOC for branch

      When you're looking at users in a branch, it should show the loc for that branch, but it doesn't:

      https://extranet.atlassian.com/crucible/users/FE/branches/ccdev

      This is because only trunk code is considered for LoC
