Add a new entry point for issue view opened by app

      These are the supported entry points for issue view as documented:

      • Full page issue view
      • Board issue view
      • Backlog issue view
      • List issue view
      • Issues issue view
      • Search issue view (global search)

      Opening up the issue view screen in Structure UI doesn’t trigger Behaviours.

      So we suggest adding a new entry point for issue view opened by the app, similar to the following supported entry point for issue create:

      • a Forge app with custom UI using CreateIssueModal from @forge/jira-bridge
