Issue Summary

Forge items not showing up in nav4 profile menu

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a Forge app that uses jira: personalSettingsPage module in a site using the new navigation menu
2. Access the Personal Setting page

Expected Results

Forge apps show up as menu items.

Actual Results

The new navigation does not implement displaying Forge Items, therefore Forge apps do not show.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
