Issue Summary

Getting 403 from Cloudflare while trying to install SDK on macOS using brew

Please, note that the file is downloadable via browser pr curl, but won't install via brew.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Totally disconnect from Atlassian VPN
2. Completely remove atlassian-plugin-sdk files from local cache

   brew uninstall atlassian-plugin-sdk

   sudo rm -f /Users/<username>/Library/Caches/Homebrew/downloads/...--atlassian-plugin-sdk-8.2.7.tar.gz

   Install the atlassian-plugin-sdk again

   brew install atlassian-plugin-sdk 

Expected Results

• The plugin should be downloaded and the package should be installed

Actual Results

• The plugin fails to get installed

  brew install atlassian-plugin-sdk

Download and install the via https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/atlassian-plugin-sdk-mac
