Currently, when Forge apps requires consent, there is a limited set of extension points that actually prompt for approving consent.

This affects, in particular, apps that are used inside Macros or other types of content that will not render the consent banner. For example, a table that contains a macro which requires consent will not prompt the user for consent and, instead, will throw "Authentication Required" errors in the developer console.
