      Issue Summary

      During an update, the app was uninstalled successfully, but the new version could not be installed. Making the app disappear from the product.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an app installed
      2. App will try to install a new version
      3. Installation will fail > app will try to restore to the previous version > fail again

      Expected Results

      The app should restore to a previous working version.

      Actual Results

      The app is removed from the product but still shows up in the billing for the site.

      The below exception is thrown in the log file:

      Workaround

      Try to sign-up for the app again.
