Provide support for UiModification on ViewIssueModal in Forge

      As an app developer, we would like to enable UiModification support for the ViewIssueModal when triggered using the Forge Bridge API. This feature currently works for the Issue View screen accessed directly via the Jira interface, but not when the ViewIssueModal is triggered programmatically.
