When a customer that does not possess a specific product goes through the consent screen of a Forge app that has scopes of the specific product, the customer encounters an issue:

This can be reproduced by creating a Jira Forge App and adding the scope read:servicedesk-request and then using the Forge app on a site that doesn't have JSM.

It would beneficial to allow Forge apps to have optional scopes, or allowing scopes when the product isn’t installed. Otherwise, Partners will need to develop 2 Forge apps.
