Support behaviors, live fields, custom validations in the 'Create Linked Work Item' screen

      Problem Statement

      Adaptavist, Appfire, and Forge are unable to support behaviors and live fields and forged developed validations on the 'Create Linked Work Item' screen. Although this is a create screen, it is not part of the Global Issue Create (GIC) modal they are allow to be interfaced with. This functionality does work in DC.

      Suggestion

      • Ensure the 'Create Linked Work Item' is part of the Global Issue Create (GIC) modal
      • Support these features through any modal that can be interfaced with through Forge
