Add Round robin automation features to Confluence

      Note, This is for Confluence Cloud, I tried to make this a CONFCLOUD ticket but only DataCenter version was available.

      Suggestion is to add Round Robin assignment to "Change page owner" automation rule. Similar to what is available in the "Assign Issue" Jira Automation.  

      Use case: We have weekly team meetings and weekly meeting notes in Confluence that are led by the team in a round robin style. This added automation will help us facilitate our meetings better, and be a very good use case to convince non-IT teams to buy-in on Confluence as I imagine most corporate teams have weekly meetings, and no other documentation software has this capability.
