Description:
Currently, when a customer schedules a future app cancellation, the billing data continues to show the subscription as active until the termination is completed. The "cancelled" status only appears after the product access ends, making it impossible to detect scheduled cancellations in advance.
Example:
Customer X buys a yearly subscription on January 1, 2025 (ending December 31, 2025), but schedules a cancellation for May 1, 2025. Until May 1, the API still shows the subscription as active, with no indication that a cancellation is pending.
Problem:
There is no visibility into scheduled cancellations ahead of the actual cancellation date. This makes it difficult to take proactive action before the subscription ends.
Request:
Add a new field or status indicator to represent “scheduled for cancellation” subscriptions.
