Skip sending product events for unlicensed installations

      Paid Forge apps still receive product events even if they do not have an active license.

      Product events requiring an active license for the consuming app could become the default behavior, or apps could be required to opt in to this behavior.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
