Users on the VPN experience a 30-second delay compared to other users.

      Issue Summary:

      The partner is experiencing a delay within Atlassian Forge application caused by the VPN. Users on the VPN and using their Forge app, face a 30 second delay between themselves and other users. The partner tried adding delay that used for polling but users on the VPN are still experiencing this issue.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior.
