We have confusion in our organisation as this implys to people we are replying to our actual customers external rather than the reporter as we only use this internally.

Its inconsistent to use reporter and then reply to customer, surely it should be reply to reporter

 

It would be great to make reply to (then the next bit whatever we want it to be)
