The UI Kit Select component does not support using other components as options, which limits its functionality.  It would be good to have the ability to use other components (like <Tag>, <User> or <Icon>) as an option inside <Select>.

This is currently available in https://atlassian.design/components/select/code#default-formatOptionLabel but unavailable with UI Kit
