Restricted comments to be returned in the response of "Get Issue" and "Get comments" when called as asApp() from the Connect app

      Issue: If the comment is restricted to specific group in Jira Software then Get Issue or Get comments does not return the restricted comment when called as asApp() from the connect app.

      Suggestion: Would be great if restricted comment is returned in the response of Get Issue or Get comments when request is made as asApp() from the connect app.
