Enhance forge documentation on confluence macro adfExport function

      Issue Summary

      It is currently unclear that when `adfExport` function is invoked based on the documentation:

      https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/manifest-reference/modules/macro/

      The suggestion is to include additional description on:

      • clarify that the function can be invoked other than direct user invocation (e.g. button click)
      • provide information on when the function are also invoked (e.g. when confluence is generating a snapshot)
