Resolution: Unresolved
With the transition to a client/server architecture in UI Kit 2, some application logic now runs on the client side. However, there is currently no efficient mechanism to relay server-side product events to the client. Polling is an inefficient workaround, and a more robust solution is needed to support the development of rich, interactive Forge applications. As a developer, we would like to have a set of client-side events that developers can subscribe to, enhancing the interactivity and responsiveness of Forge applications.
Or, Provide a built-in mechanism, such as WebSockets, to efficiently send events from the backend (resolver) to the frontend. This would facilitate real-time updates and improve the overall user experience.
