To enhance user experience, Implement a feature that prevents the jira:issueAction dialog from closing when a user clicks outside of it, or alternatively, provides a warning to the user before the dialog closes. Currently, the dialog closes automatically when a user clicks outside its boundaries. To enhance user experience and prevent unintended closures, a new feature should be added where:

• The dialog remains open even if the user clicks outside of it, unless explicitly closed by the user through a designated button or action within the dialog. OR,
• A warning message is displayed when a user attempts to click outside the dialog, prompting them to confirm if they wish to close the dialog. This provides an opportunity to cancel the action and keep the dialog open.
