Current Problem:

I think it would be super helpful to have a tab under Activity to see which Automations applied to the ticket. The Automation drop down in the right-hand field is not useful if you have several Automations that are triggered upon the creation of a ticket

 

Suggested Solutions:

Add an "Automations" tab under Activity where the "Comments", "History", "Work Log", etc are. 

The "Automations" tab should return the specific Automations that contain a "Success" Status. It would also be great to have the ability to filter this tab to show automations with the "Some Errors" Status.

Having the ability to quickly access the Automations from this tab would be great also!

 

Current Workarounds:

Since I work on a lot of these Automations I am familiar with which one is relevant to the current ticket and can then go to the Project Settings > Automations to check the Audit Log, however some team members would not be as familiar and could be out luck with trying to troubleshoot.
