It seems like team managed scrum boards do not provide the "issues without version" option within the version panel of the Backlog view in a team managed SCRUM board

couple of comments:

1. I'm an Atlassian admin for the organization
2. I'm the board owner

please let me know if this is a missing feature and if it is, whether it will be available in the future, or if I should reconfigure the board to use Organization managed project (assuming that is possible)
