Include unsplash url in egress allow list for Custom UI Forge apps

      As a Forge developer, we would like to request that Unsplash images be allowed in custom UI Forge apps so they are eligible for the Runs on Atlassian badge. Since Unsplash is included in Confluence and available by default, it would be great to have images.unsplash.com allowed by default.
