Issue Summary

There is currently an issue with the auto-resizing of modals in Forge on the Customer Portal. After an action is selected, the modal window may not automatically resize to display all fields and buttons.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Forge Custom UI app that uses Jira Service Management portal request detail panel module.
2. Use the Custom UI Modal into the App.
3. Open your JSM project in portal and select a ticket.
4. View the ticket in the portal as a customer.
5. When you click on the app, you may notice that the modal window doesn’t automatically resize, and a scroll bar appears instead.

Expected Results

The modal should automatically resizes based on the form size

Actual Results

A scroll bar is shown instead of automatically adjusting the modal.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
