As of today, the page https://developer.atlassian.com/changelog/, where REST API changes are shared, has the option to generate an RSS feed to receive notifications when new changes are implemented. However, this require customers to have a RSS tool to properly configure such notifications.

It would be great if the customers could have some option to subscribe for an email notification instead, similar to the "Watcher" functionality provided by https://jira.atlassian.com for feature requests and bugs.
