Issue Summary

Request for an Auto-Open/Trigger feature for custom apps in Jira.
Allow admins to define what app(s) should automatically open when their users view Jira issues or enable addons to auto-open on issue view

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install any third-party or custom app in Jira Cloud

1. Open any Jira ticket where the app should provide relevant information

Expected Results

A specific addon should automatically open or trigger when a user views a ticket, eliminating the need for manual interaction (clicks) to access the app's information. This feature would streamline user workflow by reducing the number of actions required to access important data.

Actual Results

Users are required to manually click twice to open addons for every ticket.

This additional step is time-consuming and decreases overall efficiency, as there is no current functionality to auto-open or auto-trigger the app for all users
