Add support for ACT_AS_USER or impersonated call with Forge

      Connect apps are able to make impersonated calls from backend using ACT_AS_USER scope.

      Currently,  Forge apps can't impersonate users from back end functions like product triggers, scheduled triggers and web triggers. Also, it's not possible for Forge remotes to make user impersonated calls.

      Please add support for user impersonated calls in Forge backend and remotes.
