Add an overflow style or horizontal scroll to UI Kit Dynamic Tables

      As an app developer, I would like parity between Atlassian Design's Dynamic Tables and Forge UI Kit's Dynamic Tables where it is possible to make use of overflow and add horizontal scroll bars for content.
