We are building an application with tasks and as a "product management" platform, our goal is to make Jira one of our integrations. What we currently do with Jira is we fetch tasks that are relevant for the user (the ones he created and the ones where he is an assignee) and we adapt them with our UI. We also do updates of tasks both ways (for example if the task has been completed in Jira, that will also be viewed in our application). So, in summary, what we do is we fetch tasks from a project from Jira and we establish 2-way communication between them. 

Our question is if there is any approval that we need from your side and, if yes, how do we get? We don't want to go to the marketplace, we just want to know if there are any limitations if there is approval needed, for example such as: 100 user limits until approval.

This is very confusing and we are unable to find a documentation for that case or a contact, so we suggest creating new documentation for this case or a contact option.
