It would be such a timesaver and make the interface so much cleaner to use if we could add a card anywhere instead of having to use the tools at the bottom of a list.  Keep the existing functionality but add a "add" button accessible from any view so we can add a card then after entering data make it possible to select where in the board to place the card.  I spend so much wasted time scrolling around adding cards then moving them around where they should go and it's a real pain with long lists.
