I have Jira Service Desk hooked up to a knowledge base in Confluence. The customer portal is all set. Customers are accessing it fine. Customer don't have licenses.
When customers click links provided by the child pages -macro, they are directed to the back-end which they cannot access.
Can Atlassian update their Child pages macro or develop a new macro so that customers can click the Child pages links and be taken to the front-end page (stay in the Service Desk view)?
I don't want to manually maintain a set of links to achieve the same result.
I can't afford licenses for every single user.
