We can create Jira tickets from VSCode via Atlassian plugin. It would be handy if we could set defautl values for most of the fields that a ticket has.

For example, this setting could be just like other settings: common or workspace specific etc. This way I could have setting for one project in one VSCode workspace, and another project in some other workspace. These settings would set the Jira Product, Team, Component etc etc.

At the end of the day users usually just want to write quick title and description, not waste time on clicking the same field selections again and again.
