Issue Summary
The metric "Installation Callback Success Rate" measured for the reliability pillar of Cloud Fortified App program includes data for app installations in development mode.
This has a few drawbacks, for example, the installations made by developers as part of their development cycle can affect the reliability metrics measured for the Cloud Fortified Apps program.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable development mode on Jira
- Install a non-marketplace listed app by providing the descriptor URL that happens to have the same app key.
Expected Results
SLI metrics should be only collected for apps installed via Marketplace.
Actual Results
The metric is counted towards the SLI.
Workaround
-
