Issue Summary

When an app is uninstalled from one site (including sandbox) within an organization that has multiple sites, the app stops working on the other sites within the same organization. This problem is being noticed in organizations where the new user management experience feature is enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a Marketplace app on at least two sites, A and B, within the same organization.
2. Utilize the app features such as macros and settings on both sites, A and B.
3. Proceed to uninstall the same app from site A.

Expected Results

• It is expected that the app will continue to function properly on site B.

Actual Results

• The app stops working on site B as well.

Workaround

Uninstall the application from site B and reinstall it on site B.
