Add ability to revoke access for a single site for Apps that use Oauth 2.0 (3LO)

      Issue Summary

      Currently, when connecting an Atlassian site to an app using Oauth 2.0 it uses Site-scoped grants. Which has a limitation where you can't revoke access to a single site without affecting the other. Thus, you can't revoke access to a single site.

      Expected Results

      Add a way to revoke access for a single site.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
