Issue Summary:

When using the Rovo MCP Server with the v2 connection, all tool calls fail with the following user-facing error:

"We are having trouble completing this action. Please try again shortly."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Client connected to the endpoint /v2/mcp
2. Run a call to use a tool available

Expected Results

The tool call would work without problems.

Actual Results

The tool call fails with the error "We are having trouble completing this action. Please try again shortly."

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
