Currently, connections coming from MCP gets blocked if Ip-allowlisting is present for Jira or confluence. 

To allow requests originating from cloud AI tool vendor like chatgpt or anthropic, their IPs must be added to Ip-allowlisting. 

Chatgpt's (there can be others) Ips changes very frequently, although they do publish them. This increases admin overhead of always maintaining correct Ips in Ip allowlisting . 

It will be great if there can be a way to allowlist a client so it can be authorized without checking its Ips , removing dependency from Ip allowlisting.
