Customers using the Atlassian Rovo MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server for Confluence automation need a native way to look up users and retrieve their unique identifiers (GUIDs/AAIDs) to enable tagging during page updates.

Currently, the Confluence MCP does not provide a built-in tool for user lookup. Customers who automate page updates (e.g., via LLMs or external scripts) find it difficult to "mention" or tag users because they cannot easily obtain the required GUID.

Request:
Introduce a new tool/endpoint within the Confluence MCP that allows searching for users by name or email and returns their Atlassian Account ID (AAID).
