Enhance Audit Log Granularity for MCP Events

      Currently, the only available Audit Log filter for MCP-related events is "Invoked Tool". Admins would benefit from having more detailed logging that includes granular details such as: 

      • Client and environment metadata
        • clientName (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, “Custom client XYZ”)
        • clientVersion
        • authType (oauth/api_token)
           
      • MCP Tool invocation origin (UI, client, etc)
