Forge Custom Field character limit on Create screen is 255 characters, but 32,000 on Edit screen — limits should be consistent

      When filling out a Forge custom field on the Issue Create screen in Jira Cloud, users encounter a validation error: "[Field Name] can't exceed 255 characters." This error prevents the issue from being created entirely.
      However, the same Forge custom field on the Issue Edit screen accepts up to 32,000 characters without any issue.
