Issue Summary:

Forge custom fields do not render correctly in the old (legacy) Jira issue transition screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a Forge app that registers a custom field
2. Ensure the "New work transition experience" is disabled in personal settings
3. Trigger an issue transition that includes the Forge custom field on the transition screen

Expected Results

The Forge custom field renders its custom UI and validation logic runs correctly.

Actual Results

The custom field renders as a plain text area.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
