Allow file upload via Rovo MCP server into Confluence and Jira

      Summary

      Currently MCP does not offer a native way to upload attachments into Confluence/Jira. E.g. upload attachments of charts/graphs for reports generated.

      Suggestion

      Provide the ability to upload attachments into Confluence.
