      ChatGPT and Atlassian tools are integrated through the ChatGPT connector. 

      Duplicate work items can be created when you prompt ChatGPT to create a Jira work item. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Connect ChatGPT to Atlassian in the ChatGPT app
      2. Prompt to create a work item

      Expected Results

      Creates a single item and presents the information

      Actual Results

      Duplicate items can occur
