Issue Summary

At present it is not possible to use Atlassian MCP via service accounts as it throws 401 error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to take action via Atlassian MCP using service account
2. You will notice 401 errors

Expected Results

Atlassian MCP to work with service accounts as well without any issues

Actual Results

Currently Atlassian MCP does not support service accounts
