Possibility of adding a custom payload to the Forge App events

      Issue Summary

      As per the Forge App events, one of the limitations mentioned in the preview version of the feature is : 

      • Publishing apps can't add any custom payload to the event

       

      Expected Results

      Allow the publishing apps to add a custom payload to the Forge App events. 

      Use case: This will allow Forge apps to exchange data.
