The Atlassian MCP app is automatically installed the first time a user authorizes the Atlassian Rovo MCP server via OAuth. Currently in Audit Logs, these Oauth connections are not logged. The only MCP filter available from the “Activities” filter is “Invoked Tool”. This will show what actions an end user invoked via a connected MCP client. The available filtered actions are detailed here:
Please add log entries and filters for MCP Oauth connections as well so that admins can track which users have connected to their MCP server.
