Issue Summary:

The “Manage vendor account” link in the Developer Console redirects to a Marketplace vendor URL with an invalid vendorId, resulting in a “Looks like you took a wrong turn” error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Forge app and deploy it.
2. In the developer console, select the respective app you want to share.
   1. Select Distribution in the left menu, and under 'Distribution controls', select Edit.
   2. Select the Sharing option, fill in the app details, and select Save changes.
      #Publish the app on the Marketplace.
3. Navigate back to the developer console and select the Distribution in the left menu.
   1. Scroll down to the "List on the Atlassian Marketplace" section and click on the "Manage vendor account" hyperlink and this opens marketplace vendor URL with the invalid "vendor id" .
      

Expected Results

Clicking “Manage vendor account” in the Developer Console opens the correct Atlassian Marketplace vendor URL associated with the app’s vendor account.

Actual Results

Clicking “Manage vendor account” opens an Atlassian Marketplace vendor URL with an invalid vendorId, resulting in the “Looks like you took a wrong turn” error page.
