When an Inline macro is placed directly on a Confluence page, it renders as expected. However, if the same macro is nested inside a rich macro, Confluence switches to using ADF (Atlassian Document Format), which results in a different output. This leads to two different renderings for the same macro, depending on its context.
This inconsistency affects the user experience and can cause confusion, as the same macro does not behave consistently across different use cases.
The Inline macro should render consistently, regardless of whether it is placed directly on the page or nested within another macro.
